The location of the hotel was ok, located in a very busy intersection. But that didn’t stop the hotel to be as great as it is. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and I was able to sleep like a baby. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruits, breads, few selections of cheeses and ham, veggies, and a few drinks. Plus they had very attentive and nice waiters making sure our needs were met. Also the room service was great. My room was sparkly clean every single day I was there. And so was the rest of the hotel. The gym is small but enough to break a sweat and the wifi was ok, better than the other hotels I’ve been. To sum it up, I will definitely stay here again in this excellent hotel and I highly recommend it!!

The dining room was always clean and the two servers were always very helpful and paying attention to every guest need. They always tried to keep the tables clean and free of clutter. The room was always clean and comfortable and the cleaning crew was excellent in maintaining the room very clean. The room I was assigned had an excellent view of the city and was quiet. I was able to sleep very comfortable every single night. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, coffee shops, bus stops, ATM machines and other small businesses that makes your stay at the hotel very convenient.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.

Also, If you plan to take any certification at the Centro ColomboAmericano, this hotel is your BEST choice since the hotel is located at a 5 min. walk.
