Hotel Andes Plaza

This is probably my 4th time staying at this hotel. The employees and staff members are all great people and super nice. They were able to answer any and all questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.

The location of the hotel was ok, located in a very busy intersection. But that didn’t stop the hotel to be as great as it is. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and I was able to sleep like a baby. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruits, breads, few selections of cheeses and ham, veggies, and a few drinks. Plus they had very attentive and nice waiters making sure our needs were met. Also the room service was great. My room was sparkly clean every single day I was there. And so was the rest of the hotel. The gym is small but enough to break a sweat and the wifi was ok, better than the other hotels I’ve been. To sum it up, I will definitely stay here again in this excellent hotel and I highly recommend it!!

Nice decent room in a great location. Malls and restaurants were in walking distance. It was easy to walk to the bus station.

Location good

The service is excellent, in the reception, restaurant, the cleaning service, and parking. All our questions and requests were solved very quickly. The breakfast is very good, and all the staff was a super kindly and very available to collaborate.
