The staff is friendly and professional. Loved the bed and cushion. The toiletries smell great. I liked the breakfast there was enough choices to choose from. The surroundings is safe and there is always someone at the entrance of the hotel to open and close the door. I felt super safe. Lots of restaurant and supermarkets close-by. I booked tours and the hotel was on their list for pick up.

This is probably my 4th time staying at this hotel. The employees and staff members are all great people and super nice. They were able to answer any and all questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.

The breakfast was excellent. It was fresh and a very large variety of items to select. The dining room was always clean and the two servers were always very helpful and paying attention to every guest need. They always tried to keep the tables clean and free of clutter. The room was always clean and comfortable and the cleaning crew was excellent in maintaining the room very clean. The room I was assigned had an excellent view of the city and was quiet. I was able to sleep very comfortable every single night. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, coffee shops, bus stops, ATM machines and other small businesses that makes your stay at the hotel very convenient.

The location of the hotel was ok, located in a very busy intersection. But that didn’t stop the hotel to be as great as it is. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and I was able to sleep like a baby. The breakfast was excellent, fresh fruits, breads, few selections of cheeses and ham, veggies, and a few drinks. Plus they had very attentive and nice waiters making sure our needs were met. Also the room service was great. My room was sparkly clean every single day I was there. And so was the rest of the hotel. The gym is small but enough to break a sweat and the wifi was ok, better than the other hotels I’ve been. To sum it up, I will definitely stay here again in this excellent hotel and I highly recommend it!!

Hotel is very well located, it has a Carulla supermarket about one block away, and Unicentro Mall is 10 min. by taxi. Very near to the Zona Rosa and Andino Mall. Also, If you plan to take any certification at the Centro ColomboAmericano, this hotel is your BEST choice since the hotel is located at a 5 min. walk.

Nice decent room in a great location. Malls and restaurants were in walking distance. It was easy to walk to the bus station.
